Singer's terms and conditions
1. Acceptance as a member of Singergram.com does not guarantee professional work
2. For the period of membership should Singer obtain any professional work a commission of 25% is payable from any earnings
3. All payments will be made within 10 days minus 25% commission
4. Singergram.com reserves the right to change commission rate with 28 days notice to singer (this is unlikely!)
5. The Singer agrees to allow all photos, videos, audio and content supplied to be used by Singergram.com on the website, social media platforms and any other publicity deemed appropriate to promote them for Singergram
6. The Singer may not display their personal contact details, own website, full name or stage name on Singergram.com
7. Singergram.com reserves the right to change any content supplied by Singer to align with above criteria
8. Any bookings from Singergram cannot be transferred to another Singer without permission of Singergram.com
10. Any further bookings resulting directly from a Singergram booking remain the property of Singergram.com and subject to agent fee
11. The Singer understands that they must be absolutely sure they are available to carry out the work and fully understand the requirements before accepting any booking. Once the Singer has accepted the booking they are committed and liable to carry out that assignment
12. Singergram.com will never pay any expenses
13. Joining Singergram.com and/or accepting assignments from the Singergram.com will imply the Singer's full agreement and acceptance of all these terms and conditions.
14. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties. No statement or representation by either party which is not contained in this Agreement shall be binding
15. Free membership to Singergram can be revoked/profile switched off at any time
16. Singer is able to quote for the booking but Singergram.com reserves the right to advise and adjust the amount in consideration of commercial conditions. However, Singer is not obliged to take the booking at the rate
17. Singers agree to perform in a professional manner respectful of client at all times
18. Singers are not permitted to ask for tips
20. Singergram.com is not liable for any injury, accident or loss at any time before, after or during performance
21. Singer agrees to organise any insurance if they deem necessary
22. No equipment will be supplied by Singergram.com and singer is responsible for their own equipment
24. If Singer has a 'no-show' / fails to attend the booking, Singergram.com reserves the right to terminate the Singer's membership
25. Singer agrees not take their bookings for their own services from client, before during or after the booking
26. Singergram.com will not pay any remuneration other than the client booking fee
27. Singer acknowledges that they are an independent contractor. This relationship and contract between parties does not constitute employment. Singer is responsible for all taxes owed upon my earnings and is not eligible for unemployment from Singergram.com
